Return Policy

Returns must comply with the following return policy:

 

1.The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and used, and must come with all the original outer packaging of the brand.

2.Discount goods are usually unable to return returned unless damaged or wrong.

3.Do not remove the brand label attached to the product and ensure that the label is intact.

4.Silk stockings, underwear and swimwear must be returned in the original packaging form, without unseal or any damage, and do not tear off the sanitary protection stickers.

5.When trying on underwear and swimsuits, put them on the outside of your own underwear. We cannot accept worn, or stained, returned goods.

6.Other goods that cannot be returned according to the nature of the goods will be marked with "no support for return without reason" on the product page, and the specific details are subject to the product details page.

 

Please try on carefully and keep the goods you receive to ensure that the goods are returned in good condition. We recommend that you use the original package to return the goods to avoid damage during delivery. If there is no compliance with the return policy, the goods will not be returned

If the customer does not use our standard return service, the return fee. If the return country is different from the country where the order is received, the customer shall be responsible for the return matters and bear the cost of the return. This provision does not apply to orders with faulty, damaged, or defective goods.

Return process

As one of the initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint, the company vigorously advocates the "reduce paper" return policy, hoping to benefit customers, all humanity and our home on earth.

In order to avoid the failure, it is recommended that you use the original packaging used for the delivery. If you cannot use the original packaging, please use other suitable packaging materials and ensure that all the packaging boxes / bags from the brand are in good condition, otherwise the refund will fail.

You can enjoy a convenient and free return service. Please follow these steps for the return process:

1. Go to the "Order and Returns of the Year" page,

2. Select the item you want to return and click Return.

3. Choose each item to be returned and the reason to return it.

How to prepare a returned package

1. Please put each item to be returned into the original delivery box, and return all the external boxes / bags from the brand into the box.

2. Attach the return voucher and the return slip to the original express box.

3. Place the return order on the outer layer to ensure that the Courier can easily scan the return order when extracting the returned items at the door.

4.  Pass the air waybill to the Courier. It is recommended that you record the air slip number to track the order.

It is recommended that you ask the Courier to complete the scan on site when extracting the returned items to ensure that you can track the package path

Please note: the pickup service is limited to the original receiving country or region. If you need to return goods from another country or region, you may need to pay additional tariffs. In order to avoid the above situation, it is recommended that you try to use our free door-to-door withdrawal and return service.

 

Drawback

 

When our brand or partner boutique receives your return, it may require up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return is accepted, your refund will be returned according to the original payment method, without any shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, and the timing will depend on your payment service provider.
