Delivery Information

How to track your order


Our delivery time begins at the moment your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour window during which we will process and deliver your purchase. Please note that this process may take longer during the special offer.

Once your order has been shipped from one of our U.S. or Italy locations, you will receive one or more emails with tracking information so you can check the progress.

Delivery processing time

We may need to confirm your details with your card issuer before your order can be dispatched. We will do everything we can to minimise delays.

We work closely with our distribution partners to minimise the impact of customs delays.

Sign for your purchase

You can rest assured that your order will be delivered and that we will ensure that it reaches you safely. We will insure your order against loss and accidental damage during delivery. Once your item has been delivered to the specified address and signed for delivery, the item will no longer be covered by insurance. If you are unable to collect the package when it arrives, we will continue to attempt two deliveries.

If you happen to be absent when the package arrives, you can also opt out of receipt on the shipping page at checkout. Please note that by not requiring a signature, you agree to our terms and will bear all risks for any loss or damage to the merchandise. Orders containing high-value items may still require a signature, even if you don't choose to sign for them when they arrive.

Our Delivery Partners

Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ from the shipping partner that picks up your return.

DHL

Our logistics partner, DHL, offers you more flexible delivery options. By using Delivery on Demand (ODD), you can change orders that have already been sent in a timely manner. Whether it's changing delivery dates or removing signature requirements, ODD makes it easy to meet your needs.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL from the warehouse, they will inform you of the expected delivery time via SMS and/or email. If the ODD service is available in your region, the information will include a link to the ODD website. You just need to enter the tracking (waybill) number.

You can choose the delivery service that suits your situation from the following options:

Schedule a delivery date

If the estimated delivery date is not suitable, you can choose another date within 5 business days.

In regions where taking is available, you can also choose a delivery window to receive orders.

Cancel the sign-off

If you choose not to sign for the item, you can remove the signature option entirely. Please note: If you choose to remove this option, AG and DHL will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders upon delivery.

Entrust a neighbor to receive it

You can ask DHL to deliver your order to a neighbor's address by providing your neighbor's house number and other detailed requirements. Please note: If you select this option, AG and DHL will not be responsible for lost or damaged orders once they have been delivered.

Self-pickup from a DHL service point

If you don't happen to be available when your order arrives, you can choose to pick it up directly from a DHL service point.

DHL ODD will show you the nearest service points, which you can choose according to your needs. They will let you know when and how long you can pick it up. Please note: If the item is not collected within the specified time period, it will be returned to the DHL warehouse.

To self-collect your order from a DHL service point, you will need to bring 2 forms of identification:

· Photo ID (such as passport or driver's license)

· Email/SMS notifications sent by DHL

Holiday storage

On vacation? You can request a delay in delivery from DHL for up to 30 days.

In regions where taking is available, you can also choose a delivery window to receive orders.

UPS

With UPS My Choice, you can personalize your shipping options
